Villiers Street Now Fully Let
DTZ Investors has completed three new leases in quick succession at Villiers Street resulting in the asset being fully let.
The new tenants are Hobsons, Amorino and All-Mart who now occupy 13-15, 33 and 35-37 Villiers Street respectively. Hobsons is a fish and chip restauranteur who have existing stores in Soho, Bayswater, and Belsize Park. Hobsons have taken a new 15 year lease at a rent of £180k per annum, rising to £200k per annum in the fifth year. Amorino is a multinational gelato chain which was originally founded in Paris, France and now has multiple branches across London. Amorino have taken a new 10 year lease at a rent of £90k per annum, rising to £100k per annum in year five. Lastly, All Mart is a convenience store and this new letting facilitates a relocation for them on the street.
The three new lettings demonstrate a resurgence in occupier demand following the pandemic and demonstrates the resilience of Villiers Street as a prime destination for retail and leisure occupiers who serve local residents, tourists visiting London and office workers.
