DTZ Investors is pleased to announce that Mountain, a vibrant Basque inspired restaurant on Beak Street, Soho, has been awarded its first Michelin Star.

Mountain delivers delicious flavours thanks to Tomos Parry and the people behind Shoreditch hot spot, Brat.  Following an extensive re-design of the unit by the Landlord team, the restaurant is split over two levels and has been enhanced by Mountain’s fit out.  The ground floor provides a lively area around an open kitchen where food is grilled over wood-fired ovens with the basement providing a more intimate dining experience.

The menu includes dishes that are ideal for sharing, from small plates like raw sobrassada with honey, cured dairy beef or larger dishes including lobster caldereta for up to five people.
