Unit B, Railway Triangle site achieves Practical Completion

DTZ Investors is pleased to confirm the formal practical completion of a newly constructed 106,605 sq ft Grade A warehouse at Unit B, Railway Triangle, Portsmouth.

Strategically located at Railway Triangle, the unit offers excellent connectivity to the M27 and A3(M), providing direct access to key South Coast logistics corridors and manufacturing hubs at Portsmouth. The site is surrounded by established occupiers, reinforcing its position as a prime industrial and logistics location.

Working in partnership with Quartz Project Services and Wilten Construction, the new unit has been delivered with sustainability and occupier wellbeing at its core. The unit benefits from yard depths of 43m to 47m, an enhanced 2.1 MVA power supply, 12m eaves and dock, euro dock and level loading doors.

Unit B is fully electric and net-zero enabled, achieving an EPC A+ rating. Embodied carbon has been measured, reduced, and mitigated in line with DTZ Investors’ net zero carbon framework, and the building has achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating through energy-efficient LED lighting, PV panels, electric vehicle charging and a dedicated bike store.
