DTZ Investors Acquires South London Industrial Estate for £15,171,000

DTZ Investors has successfully completed the off market acquisition of Units 8 and 10 – 12 Weir Road, Balham, a strategically located multi-let industrial estate in South London. The asset was purchased for £15,171,000, reflecting a net initial yield of 4.32%, with a WAULT of 10.8 years.

The estate comprises approximately 27,723 sq ft of industrial accommodation across three units with unit sizes ranging from c.6.5k sq ft to c.11.5k sq ft and EPCs ranging from B to C ratings. The estate is fully let to Travis Perkins, Howdens, and Haymans Gin.

Located on Weir Road in Balham, the estate offers excellent access to central London and surrounding commercial hubs. The acquisition aligns with DTZ Investors’ strategy to target urban logistics assets with strong rental growth prospects and long-term redevelopment upside.
