DTZ Investors Purchases Bermondsey Industrial Estate with Prime Last Mile Potential for £19.6m

DTZ Investors, has acquired Admiral Hyson Industrial Estate in Bermondsey, London for £19.6 million.
The freehold vacant estate is set across 1.73 acres, comprising eight units totalling 41,684 sq ft which date back to the 1980s. The units have been stripped back to shell and core condition and will undergo extensive refurbishment and modernisation to provide Grade A accommodation. The proposed works, primarily focusing on ESG initiatives, will include significantly increasing the EPC to an A rating and will include the installation of PV panels on the roof, along with EV charging. Upon completion of the refurbishment, the estate will look to provide an exceptional last mile logistics facility within Zone 2 and under 5 miles from the City of London.
