DTZ Investors acquires Slough Retail Park
DTZ Investors has completed the acquisition of Slough Retail Park, a fully-let, prime South-East scheme comprising eight units and a drive-thru. The scheme totals 121,000 sq ft on a 9.6 acre site with occupiers including Lidl, The Range and Costa. The contracted rent provides an opportunity for immediate reversionary potential.
The transaction forms part of DTZ Investors’ Essential Retail sector strategy and follows a number of recent acquisitions including Cantium Retail Park in Southwark and The Oaks Retail Park in Harlow.

Proposed reductions in retail space, both in the town centre and out of town, will further tighten supply, underpinning strong occupier demand in this location.
