Following the extensive redevelopment of 44 Whitfield Street, DTZ Investors has signed a new lease to Epoch Capital; an Australian trading firm opening their first London office. A 5 year term was achieved on the 2nd floor totalling 2,372 Sq Ft. Epoch Capital was represented by Cushman and Wakefield.
The building totals 12,031 Sq Ft and has extensive terraces on 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. Five floors remain totalling 9,659 Sq Ft.
