Ashburton Point warehouse development complete
DTZ Investors have completed the development of a 65,000 sq ft industrial warehouse unit at Ashburton Point, Trafford Park, Manchester.
The new unit, know as Unit M, adds to DTZ Investors’ existing holding on Ashburton Point, which now incorporates 20 self-contained industrial units, all with substantial secured yards, located on the prime estate in the North West less than 3 miles from Manchester City Centre. Unit M It has been built to a high specification, providing; 10m clear height, 5 dock-level loading doors, 2 level access loading doors, 50kN/sq m floor loading a 40 meter deep service yard with trailer parking and 60 car parking spaces.
With the exception of Unit M, Ashburton Point is fully let. DTZ Investors chose to undertake the speculative development of Unit M to take advantage of a period when supply of large industial units across the North West is extremely constrained.
