DTZ Investors completes new letting to Joe & the Juice
DTZ Investors has completed a new lease at 36-38 Northcote Road, Clapham to Joe & the Juice; a global juice bar and coffee shop chain. The unit, previously occupied by Starbucks, totals 1,042 sq ft and was let on a new 10-year lease. Joe & the Juice was founded in 2002 in Copenhagen and now has over 200 stores worldwide and over 50 stores in the UK.
