DTZ Investors acquires mixed-use property in Muswell Hill

DTZ Investors has successfully completed the acquisition of 107-143 Muswell Hill Road, London for £21.80m, reflecting a net initial yield of c.4.4%
The property comprises 6 retail units, a cinema and 19 residential flats (let on ASTs) and totals approximately 41,000 sq ft of accommodation. There is a large car park to the rear of the property that provides parking for approximately 60 vehicles. The commercial units are fully let to tenants including Everyman Media Group Plc, Planet Organic, Barnardo’s and Bill’s Restaurant providing a diverse tenant line-up alongside the local tenants.
The acquisition has enabled the Client to gain exposure to a strong Greater London suburb and supports a strategy of investing into multi-let assets in large urban environments.
