DTZ Investors completes new letting at Holford Industrial Park
DTZ Investors has completed a new letting at Holford Industrial Park, Birmingham. The 20,595 sq ft warehouse underwent a comprehensive refurbishment, bringing the unit to Grade A standard, including the creation of a secure yard and has been let to a trading company of Lookers Motor Group at a record rent for the Park of £6.50 per sq ft. Harris Lamb and Cushman and Wakefield acted for DTZ Investors on the letting.
