A client of DTZ Investors has acquired Pegasus Road, Croydon for £23,750,000. The freehold estate is fully-let to four tenants, The London Fire Brigade, Bunzl, Iveco and Brewers,  with a weighted unexpired term of c.10 years.

Long leases to strong covenants at affordable rents in a core London location were particularly attractive.
