DTZ Investors is pleased to announce the completion of a new 10-year lease at Delta Park in Enfield.

The fully-refurbished, 56,000 sq ft unit was let to EVRI Limited, one of the UK’s leading parcel delivery firms and is the largest industrial letting in North London so far this year. The letting secured a new record rent for the estate of £18.75 per sq ft.
