Smithfield Murray demonstrate strong appetite to retain Trafford Park presence

DTZ Investors have completed on a lease renewal with Smithfield Murray at Trafford Park, Manchester. The tenant, one of Europe’s leading poultry suppliers, renewed their interest on c.19,000 sq ft at Unit 300, Kings Park. A straight 10 year term was agreed at a rent reflecting £6.00 per sq ft. The completed transaction sets a new rental tone for the estate.
